My visit to Smiles By Design was great, as always. Tracy is always very pleasant, professional, and very informative about what she sees while cleaning my biters. I mentioned discomfort in my jaw hing so she took X-rays, discussed the photo with me, referred me to an oral surgeon, and scheduled an appointment for me. All of the ladies here are awesome! I highly recommend their services.
Wonderful staff, from the front desk to the back I was treated with kindness. The hygienist, Jamie did a great job and Dr Phillips is very thorough and explained everything very well. Highly recommend this office!
Very patient. I had a molar pulled and it was a rough one. I kept having to have them stop and was very upset and hurting and they were very patient and tried to comfort me through it as much as possible. They noticed I was shakey after words from not having eaten prior and had me stay a few extra minutes before letting me go. Excellent and caring staff. Would definitely recommend going here.
